The Chamber's Ambassador committee is intended to support chamber events and programs through active participation and planning of networking and engagement programs, plus be a guiding hand to newer members of our organization.

The Chamber's Special Events Committee works to help the executive director brainstorm new event ideas and participate through active volunteerism at chamber events and programs. This committee is somewhat ad hoc and gears up more regularly when larger events are in planning stages.

The Tourism Promotion & Development Committee exists, according to City of Cedarburg ordinance, to oversee the disbursement of the 5% Room Tax funds collected by the inns located within the city. The ordinance directs that the funds be used for promoting Cedarburg as a tourism destination. Specifically, the money is to be allocated to the following areas: Capital Improvements (physical improvements or physical additions to the City of Cedarburg), Visitor Center staffing and expenses, and any advertising expenditures dedicated to promoting Cedarburg as a tourist destination.
Tourism, Promotion and Development (TP&D) accepts applications for funds from organizations or individuals that promote tourism in the Cedarburg community. Precluded from consideration for the grants are organizations or individuals promoting specific religious or political discrimination.
